730 Accu-Mass® Inline Mass Flow Meters
Sierra's Model 730 Accu-Mass® inline mass flow meter monitors the mass flow rate of air or any inert gas in flow ranges from 0-200 sccm to 0-84 scfm (air standard accuracy). The Model 730 electronics are packaged in a water resistant NEMA 2 enclosure and are available in both probe-mount and remote-mount configurations.
Other features include 200 msec time-response, ± 1% of full scale plus 0.5% of reading accuracy, and 0.2% of full scale repeatability. The Model 730 inline flowbody is available in sizes from 1/4- inch up to 1-1/4-inches. Model 730 users find it an ideal solution for applications requiring fast time-response measurement and low-flow sensitivity.
